Can I post my ashes?
Simple Answer: Yes!
Royal Mail allow the posting of ashes up to the weight of 50g per envelope. To be sent 1st or 2nd Class. The ashes must be in a sealed bag and inside a padded envelope.
How do I get my ashes to you?
Simple Answer: We send you an order pack with all you need!
After you have placed an order with us a care pack will be sent to you. This will include everything needed to get your ashes to us.
How long will delivery take?
Simple Answer: It depends on the product
All of our products have different lead times ranging from 1-2 weeks. All of the information is on each of our product listings
How are my ashes cared for?
Simple Answer: With the utmost care and respect
We dont take being trusted with your ashes lightly. At every stage care and respect is taken. This includes keeping the ashes locked away at all time accept for when in use.
